Due to the nature of the product (intangible digital download) we can not issue any refunds on orders placed.

However we will gladly reissue any pva’s that end up ghosted and/or placed on hold (password reset issues etc..) with in 72 hours from the time orders are placed.

 

For ads posting, we will rfund all the amount taken from you within 72 hours if the ads is not posted or if its not live on the website.
